Return & Refund Policy
At Dream Trucks™, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the size and nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong model or color
- No longer wanting the product
- Buyer preference
Please carefully review your selected Dream Truck model, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your Dream Truck arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected area
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos of any visible shipping damage
Once we review and approve your claim, we will work to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing a replacement, replacement component, or refund when a replacement is unavailable.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a different model or item than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your order and correct eligible fulfillment errors at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Because we work to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Dream Trucks™ is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
30-Day Warranty
If you purchased our optional 30-Day Warranty with your order, your purchase is covered according to the terms of that warranty.
The 30-Day Warranty is separate from our standard return and refund policy and does not automatically apply to orders where the warranty was not purchased.
